Quality control
The ERP system used by Haohwa covers the whole process from purchase to delivery.
It tracks the order situation through the information platform to ensure the timeliness of orders.
At the same time, we use AQL standards to strictly control each process and final test,
to ensure the qualified products and achieve customer satisfaction

Raw material inspection
Carefully check every raw material according to AQL standard, from color difference, quantity , quality and so on. -
Needle inspection
Pass the finished products through the needle detector one by one according to the needle inspection grade required by the customer (conventional grade 8), and recording. -
Finished product inspection
According to the process manual developed by Haohwa, check?the size, workmanship, quality and other aspects -
Process inspection
According to the production process sheet of the order, from?the size of the cut panel, embroidery&printing quality, material loss and other aspects to check one by one, so as to ensure the normal operation of the bulk goods -
Color inspection
Use a professional color reader to read and evaluate the color of the fabric -
Dry friction inspection
The color fastness of the fabric is checked at standard atmospheric pressure using a progessional friction texter.
